How to Register/Set Up FCMB Mobile App
To register as a new internet banking user:
- After downloading and installing the app, click on “Register as a New User”
- Click on “I Agree” to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Enter your Phone number, Account number in their appropriate fields.
- Click on “continue” and wait for an authentication code on the mobile number registered with your FCMB account.
- Enter the authentication code and create a strong password for the app.
- After completing the above steps, you can begin to enjoy all the benefits that come with having the FCMB MOBILE APP.
- To register as an existing internet banking user:
- After downloading and installing the app, click on the register as an Existing Internet Banking user.
- Click on “I Agree” to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Enter your Account number, Login Name (or username), and Login Password you used in registering for FCMB Internet Banking.
- Click on Register

- Go to FCMB website on www.fcmb.com, click on Internet Banking at the top right corner (or top left for phones and tablets), and then click ‘Personal’ from the drop down list.
- Login with your ‘Username and Password’
- Answer Security Question.
- Click on ‘Home Options’ on the Internet Banking menu.
- Click on Transaction Password
- Click on ‘Click here to get new transaction password (Reset)’
